Assignment of Responsibilities under the
Public Service Management Act 1997

Responsibility at Principal level for leading the Human resources function in developing and implementing the HR Strategy (Organisational Structure, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Engagement) and providing HR support services to the organisation. Line management responsibility for the Disability Liaison Officer (DLO) for the Department in accordance with Section 26 of the Disability Act 2005.
