The Valuation Office is the State property valuation agency. Our mission is to deliver a high quality, impartial valuation service to our customers, at a competitive cost, through skilled and motivated staff. The function of the Office is the establishment and maintenance of a uniform and equitable valuation base on which commercial rates are raised by local authorities. The Office also provides a valuation consultancy service to Government Departments and Offices.
